The Solar Flow:

Our signature class.

With the The Solar Flow Method, gain strength, fluidity, endurance and unparalleled mobility.  SFM takes a full body approach to yoga and movement. A flow-based class well worth the sweat, we uncover the deeper aspects of yoga while integrating animal locomotion, fluid transitions, and functional conditioning. SFM brings cutting-edge insight to the time-honored practice of yoga to help you ignite your highest potential.

Challenge seekers and movement junkies.

The Fix

Strong & Simple

A strong, beginner-friendly yoga flow for all the working stiffs out there. This is a no-fuss, no-muss, stripped-down foundational flow that cuts through it all and gets to the meat of the practice. Although this flow is foundational, be prepared to sweat. Expect a gradual warm up followed by a challenging flow and short cool down. As we build upon fundamental flows each week, you will discover newfound strength, flexibility and a sense of calmness like never before.

Perfect for:
Beginners or seasoned practitioners who like strong, clean flows.

The Boundless Flow

Move creatively.

A fun and challenging movement-based class all about adaptability and exploration. Discover your strength, balance, and breath while flowing through traditional poses, creative transitions and intelligent sequencing. Leave feeling connected and centered in your body.

The Soul Flow

For all you flow junkies.
​Coming this Fall.

Soul Flow is a vinyasa based flow filled class with diligently choreographed movement, alignment based cues, breath work, a curated playlist and a whole lotta soul! This class is an experience, a vibe. Shireena, our Soul Flow creator, takes you on a journey to challenge and connect your mind, body and soul leaving you in a state of trance. You’ll leave class feeling lighter, happier, stronger and fulfilled!

The Fluid Flow

Come melt into fluid movement. 

Part rhythm + part breath, this fiery vinyasa class will have you continuously flowing to the beat using dynamic movement, while also riding the waves of your inhales + exhales through fluid sequences. The vibes are high + the lights are low in this continuous vinyasa flow. Expect to build strength, create stability and connect to breath as we dive through dynamic movement and fluid sequences.

The Honey Flow (SS)

Honey flow is a slow motion class that smoothes the edges of poses into a fluid dance of breath and body.

​This slow moving through transitions can be quite challenging so expect to sweat! Unwind sticky, bound up tissues and leave with a sense of ease and sweetness.

Yogis who love it strong, slow and intentional.

Animal Flow

​Chancing are, you've been hearing about the incredible benefits of Animal Flow and Primal Locomotion.  Athletes are adding it to their HIIT days, yogis are weaving it into their flows and more and more movers are joining in! Through Animal Flow, discover next level strength and unbelievable agility. The Honey Flow (FG)

The total body tune-up.

 Strong, fluid and mindful, The Honey Flow is crafted to give you the perfect mix of movement, breath, and rejuvenating stretches. 

This class is a triple treat - strengthens the body, releases restrictions in the tissue and soothes every inch the soul.

The Slow Vibe

Get your yoga flow and then melt into a rejuvenating restorative practice.

Take a slow guided flow through the first part of class then move to gentle, low to the ground, supported poses that restore our alignment and reconnection to the bliss body that is always deep within. Stretch poses are held longer, focus on ligaments, connective tissue, and joints. Our signature Slow Flow is a yummy, gentle flow and offers the best of both worlds; a great way to move, release, then relax.

The Reset

Come home to yourself.

Arrive with breath awareness then introduce slow movement & gentle stretching. Gradually be guided through a vinyasa inspired flow that builds intensity yet is offered with invitational language and more than one breath per movement. Unfurl your flow with mindful movement, befriend your nervous system through intentional breathing, and leave grounded into your inner wisdom.

Solar Flow Foundations

Animal Flow 101

6 Week Series
Gain strength, flexibility and agility. Forge the absolute best mobility you've ever had in your life. In this deep-diving yet playfully guided animal locomotion and flow series, you learn to build a capacity to move and flow powerfully and naturally; Coordination, Motor Skills, Endurance, Strength, Agility, Flexibility, Balance, and Control all the while improving adaptability and expert body awareness. Best part, during this journey you will become a part of an amazing Primal Flow tribe and will be held virtually accountable!

Slow Flow & Stretch 101

6 Week Series
Brand-spanking new to yoga? Or has it been a while since you've had a movement routine? This is the perfect place to jump in and feel at home! This is a gentle, slow moving series appropriate for newbies or anyone looking to revisit the foundations of a flow-style class.
