Advance your practice.A registered 50 Hour Yoga Alliance CEU course.
Perfect for the curious student, Abbe & Shireena's week-long curriculum has been carefully designed to advance your physical practice- all the while immersing in the philosophical roots that inspired modern yoga. All levels are welcome! Mornings are for flow: Our morning flow creates the opening, strength and mindset for a predetermined advanced posture, whether it be an arm-balance, inversion or fluid transition. A fun and informative class that is well worth the sweat, we uncover the deeper aspects of yoga while integrating skill-drills, gateway poses, breath-work and body mechanics. We can't wait to transform your practice. Evenings are for workshop: Each evening, we take the lessons we learned during our morning flow and apply them to constructive playtime. Shireena and Abbe offer hands-on guidance and expertise to help practitioners of all levels. No experience necessary, only a curious spirit and willingness to learn! Expect to breakdown the following postures: forearm stand, handstand, inverted backbends, liquid transitions and select arm balances. |
