Frequently Asked Questions and First Visit Details:
First time visiting Troy City Yoga? Below is all the information you’ll need for you first class.
We are so grateful for the opportunity to host you in our new sanctuary and for you to meet your new yoga fam.
Looking forward to practicing with you all soon!
- Location: Our address is 1082 Davol Street inside the Commonwealth Landing Mill. We are right next door to Barrett's Waterfront Restaurant. We should show up under google maps (note: Apple Maps has the incorrect address). Look for our sandwich board sign outside the building and the logo on the inside door. Below is a photo of our building. You will find our studio on the first floor, just follow the signs!
- Parking: There is a small parking lot in front of the building and a large parking lot that wraps around behind the back of the building. *Do not park* in the spots marked Barrett's in red- you will be stickered and towed.
- Entrance: You will find 3 separate entrances, one at the front on the Davol St. side, one on the side facing Brownell St., and one across the courtyard from Duke's Bakery. You can access our studio through any of these three entrances. We are located on the first floor, unit 110. Arrive early! Give yourself a buffer of time so that you can find us.
- Visiting from out of town? We have all the props you need! Yoga mats, blocks and other tools are free to use at the studio. Students are responsible for thoroughly cleaning any borrowed item with the use of cleaning sprays and wipes provided.
- Cancellation Policy: With class capacity restrictions in mind, our late cancellation and no-show policy will be strictly enforced. No exceptions. If you cancel after the 3 hour window or “late cancel” you forfeit your space. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. All Unlimited Memberships are subject to $10 late-cancel and no-show fee per occurrence. Protocol is subject to change at any time. We cannot process reservation cancelations via our social media accounts or email, you must do this via your Momence account. Access your account through a web browser at www.momence.com/sign-in
- Join the Waitlist: Waitlisting is a great way to get into the class you register for and it's not uncommon to move through an entire waitlist so chances are always VERY high that you will get in. We will automatically add you to the roster up to 1 hour before class start time.
- Refund Policy: Drop ins, class packs and all memberships are non-refundable. Memberships can be paused at any time. 30 days notice for membership cancellations.
- The Space: We are still making improvements to the building. You will continue to see awesome updates made and commons spaces created. Thank you for bearing with us while we finish crafting this new home!
- Arrival: You are welcome to arrive up to 10 minutes prior to class start time, please no earlier. This gives us enough time to turn over classes and clients between sessions.
- Pre-Register: Kindly preregister for class via our scheduling page here.
We are so grateful for the opportunity to host you in our new sanctuary and for you to meet your new yoga fam.
Looking forward to practicing with you all soon!
