Nick's Biography
Nick’s classes focus on a total body physical experience. This comes from his love of dynamic body weight training in the gym. Yoga asana delivers an added aspect of connecting the body and the mind. The challenge of yoga poses with the philosophy and history give deeper meaning to breaking a sweat.

Nick has experience with numerous branches of yoga asana and has studied under teacher’s Abbe Ciulla, Michael Aubin, Tara Morris, and Court Morgan.
