Nancy lives it.
Nancy began her journey into health & fitness while at UMass Amherst where she was getting her BS in Nutrition. Nancy began teaching group fitness and overseeing the Group Fitness Program at UMass her senior year. Nancy continued to follow her passion for fitness becoming an American Council of Exercise Group Fitness Instructor teaching all types of classes over the years; low impact aerobics, strength training, step aerobics and boot camps to various populations.
Nancy began taking yoga classes to decrease stress and to improve her flexibility but found so much more. In 2017 Nancy earned her 200 RYT with Yoga Europa while living abroad with her husband. She has taught at a variety of yoga studios in the area sharing her passion for movement with others. Her style can be described as effort and ease with a focus on alignment. Expect to be challenged but with a smile on your face.
