    By understanding your values, interests and goals, we can create a client specific program to achieve fulfilling and lasting results.  After receiving your questionnaire, we make sure that we are a fit. If so, we begin to draft your program and send it over for your feedback or approval. Then we begin our journey!
    *Depending on your goal, it is your responsibility to clear any new regiment with your doctor. 

Covid Protocol and Cancellation Policy

We are very happy to be doing our part to ensure the safety and wellness of the community we love so much.  In our commitment to health, we have implemented the following measures:

  • We have invested in hospital grade cleaning solution to disinfect surfaces and any equipment.
  • Installed Infrared Heating Panels instead of blower heat.
  • Invested in Anti-Viral Air Purifiers.
  • We schedule a 30 minute period between clients for thorough cleaning and airing out the space. 

Private Coaching Protocol 
(Requirements per Massachusetts and Rhode Island Covid-19 Regulation)

  • Clients must sign our updated waiver prior to arrival (emailed).
  • Clients may arrive 10 minutes prior to start time, no earlier. This allots us time to air and clean the space between sessions.
  • If you’re feeling sick or have been exposed to anyone recently sick please notify us and cancel. Late cancellations are still charged unless presented with a positive Covid test.
  • There will be a 30 minute period between clients for cleaning and airing out the space. 

Private Coaching Cancellation Policy
  • We enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
  • Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are charged the full amount unless the client produces a positive covid test.

Troy City Yoga Terms, Conditions and Waiver

TROY CITY YOGA STUDENT WAIVER AGREEMENT & RELEASE

I understand that all classes at Troy City Yoga (including but not limited to yoga, Animal Flow, Mobility training, Sound Meditations) require and include physical, athletic movements. I realize that these classes also provides relaxation, stress relief, stress education and awareness. As with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will notify the instructor, adjust my posture and listen to my body. I will not push my body too far and will ask for support from the teacher if needed.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis. Yoga can work well in conjunction with traditional medical care. I will practice at Troy City Yoga only after discussing it with my doctor and gaining their approval for the chosen class. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Troy City Yoga.
