Carol's Biography
Carol’s classes are thoughtfully curated to assist students in connecting their physical, mental and emotional practice on the mat. Carol’s class aims to create an inclusive environment where students can explore, grow and display vulnerability while gaining strength and perspective. Pair movement with mindfulness to generate balance and strength within your body. Carol is passionate about guiding students on their wellness journey on and off the mat.
Carol is a 200 CYT Vinyasa Yoga. Carol has her Masters of Social Work degree and is an LICSW in the state of Massachusetts. Carol has a background in mental health and substance abuse counseling and strives to aid individuals find inner peace, develop confidence and foster self-compassion.

What to Expect from Carol's Class
Build confidence and strength in your physical practice while connecting to your true self. Each class will include the use of fluid movement, mindfulness practices and breath work to ensure a thoughtful class that is sure to be fun yet deep diving. Expect to leave feeling empowered, physically capable and with a renewed sense of self-compassion.
