Beth Ann's Biography
Beth Ann takes a holistic approach to teaching yoga that bring together life lessons, building community
and a deep commitment to learning/sharing knowledge.
With a playful style, Beth Ann brings together a flow based vinyasa practice to build strength and agility,
infused with creative movement and a little bit of sass. She is a passionate teacher that is engaging and
unique in her approach. She brings elements of discovery, creativity and mindfulness to each practice.
Beth Ann loves to teach. She is 200 RYT Vinyasa Yoga certified and has extensive experience training
coffee sensory specialists all over the world. She brings these experiences to the yoga mat with funky
flows, international beats and a pure love of people.
She is a lifelong learner and loves the opportunity to learn from others. Her classes are designed to
provide students with a space to be creative, explore and grow.
