From birth to present day, Kimber-lee has created a life surrounded by movement, music and creativity. She spent the early part of her professional career as a singer and utilized the practice of yoga and meditation as an outlet for relaxation and self expression. An ERYT200, Kimber-lee received her yoga and meditation teacher training from The Heron dance, yoga, and meditation studio. Her passion for teaching and community building inspired her to open her own studio and create opportunities for her students to practice and retreat around the globe.
She is always seeking opportunities for growth, which led her to an apprenticeship with Lisa Ishwari Murphy and certification as an energy medicine & sound healing practitioner. She believes mindfulness, creativity and playfulness are tools to access overall wellbeing. She is passionate in her teaching, and strives to create a practice that is soothing and nourishing for all walks of life. Her classes are intuitive and deeply integrated with rhythm & sound.
