Thank you all for joining the Fundamentals of Flight: Arm Balance Workshop. It was truly a pleasure. I hope you all learned some valuable tools to take with you for future practices!
Remember, yoga is a path to awareness.
Asanas, yoga poses, are a tool on this path.
The goal isn't to fly, but to understand.
Take videos of your practice, watch your form and notice your weight distribution.
Ask yourself, what needs to strengthen and what needs to open for this pose? Then, drill your weaknesses- we all have them!
There is no pot of gold at the end of each pose.
Enjoy the journey of arriving there.
